Opinion Dynamics Corporation, a leading consulting and market research firm with a niche in energy efficiency and social marketing, is looking for an analyst to add to its growing Oakland, California, office. ODC's Oakland office conducts state-of-the-art evaluations of energy efficiency programs as well as comprehensive market assessments, both regionally and nationally.

Qualifications

The Analyst position requires strong market research skills. Candidates should have demonstrated experience designing surveys, reviewing data tables, analyzing survey data and conducting in-depth interviews. Strong organizational skills are also required, as the job entails tracking a large number of electronic databases and files. The ideal candidate will have experience using SPSS.

Candidates must be comfortable working independently under tight deadlines and be capable of relaying complex information in a concise, organized format for reporting to clients. Some travel may be required.

At least 1-3 years of work experience in market research or consulting are preferred. Awareness of environmental and social issues is a very big plus.
