Requirements

1. Employers must have some involvement in the environmental area and have offices in the United States and/or Canada.
   
   
2. Employers must include their job vacancies in dedicated, permanent pages in their Web sites. The exception would be an Enhanced Listing.

Basic Listings

Free, basic listings for employers (not recruiters) are alphabetical. The free links will only lead to permanent pages dedicated to employment, not home pages. Basic links will be added to EcoEmploySM in approximately eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks. Basic links may be removed by EcoEmploySM at any time without notice. It is the employer's responsibility to inform EcoEmploySM if the address of the employer's employment Web page changes or if there is a change in the employer's location(s). Employers who fail to keep their listings current may be removed from the directory.

An Express Basic Listing of the employer's employment page will usually be added the same business day payment is received. The Express Basic Listing costs US $50 (fifty dollars), which can be paid via check, money order, or credit card through eBay's PayPal service:

Enhanced Listings

A Basic Listing can be enhanced by linking it to your organization's home page, instead of its employment page. The annual fee for the enhancement is US $80 (eighty dollars), which covers all states in which your organization has offices (please specify states/provinces and cities); please read the payment terms. Enhanced links will be added to EcoEmploySM within two (2) business days.

Important Notes

• It is requested, but not required, that employers include a link to EcoEmploySM on their Web sites. Your Webmaster will know how to create the link.
  
  
• If your organization or firm is already listed in EcoEmploySM, please make sure the name, spelling, capitalization, and locations are correct. Alphabetical listings are available.
  
  
• If your organizaion or firm alters its Web site so that its employment page moves to a new URL (http://www...), or if a change in office location(s) occurs, please inform EcoEmploySM in order to update your listings.
  
  
• EcoEmploySM has a job posting area, called Special Opportunities, that is separate from the directory of links to employer Web sites. The job posting area receives much more traffic than the directory. Find out how to submit a job posting to Special Opportunities.

How to Request a Link

• When requesting a listing, please set the subject line of your e-mail to one of the following:
  
  
  • Basic Link Request,
  • Express Basic Link Request,  or
  • Enhanced Link Request
  
  
• Please include the address/URL of your Web site, for example: http://www.mycompany.com
